Clifford Chance Business Services Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate to provide transactional and case support to its global legal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documentation using templates and prior deal documents.
- Provide transaction support for large, multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Review, collate, index, and redact legal documents.
- Summarize key contractual provisions and case laws.
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries.
- Utilize legal tech tools and Gen AI for efficient workflow.
- Review and amend agreements as per client guidelines.
- Manage document-heavy tasks under tight deadlines.
- Support different stages of transactions and case processes.
Eligibility
- Qualified Indian Advocate.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and legal tech tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of work.
- Ability to work independently and within global teams.
