G Square Realtors Private Limited is hiring a Legal Consultant Manager with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Gift Deeds, and other property-related instruments.
- Prepare and verify title flow documentation and ensure clarity of ownership history.
- Handle legal matters concerning charity transfers and related documentation.
- Provide legal advice and due diligence for property acquisitions and sales.
- Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with legal counsels, government authorities, and internal teams to facilitate property transactions.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in legal consulting, particularly in real estate law and documentation.
- Strong understanding of property law and legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
