Indraprastha Corridor Advisory Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Consultant for their Dwarka, Delhi office. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal opinions on roadways and highways projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
- Handle arbitration matters related to project refinancing, concessionaire changes, and terminations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate concession agreements, financing contracts, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in arbitration proceedings and liaise with legal counsels, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance laws and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for board resolutions.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and provide strategic solutions for infrastructure projects.
- Advise on project structuring, contract execution, and regulatory clearances.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in infrastructure law, arbitration, and corporate legal matters, preferably in the roadways and highways sector.
- Expertise in contract law, arbitration, and concession agreements related to public-private partnerships (PPPs).
- Strong knowledge of company law, board resolutions, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze legal risks and provide strategic legal counsel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with government authorities and external stakeholders.
