AMA Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Consultant to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance and advice to clients over the phone.
• Listen attentively to clients' concerns and provide personalized solutions to address their legal issues.
• Research and analyze relevant legal principles, statutes, and case law to support client inquiries.
• Explain complex legal concepts and procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and responsibilities under the law.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Attend seminars and other related platforms to explain our services to potential clients.

Eligibility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to actively listen to clients' concerns and provide empathetic support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic Legal Knowledge and familiarity with banking law.
