Details of the Job/Internship

Amenify is hiring for the position of Legal Consultant with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Recovery & Dispute Resolution: Handle legal recovery processes for vendors and customers, ensuring timely action to recover dues.
• Drafting & Negotiations: Prepare recovery notices, demand letters, and settlement agreements; negotiate with stakeholders to reach amicable solutions.
• Mediation & Legal Action: Work on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation or arbitration; escalate cases to litigation when necessary.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with legal frameworks governing contract enforcement and recovery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to expedite resolution.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3+ years in legal recovery, dispute resolution, or corporate legal functions. Experience in handling vendor/customer disputes is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
