Details of the Job/Internship
Andor Tech is seeking a Legal Consultant to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves providing legal guidance and support to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in their IT operations.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Obligations Management:
- Efficiently manage, monitor, and track all obligations and deliverables specified in supplier contracts.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of contractual obligations, timelines, and associated compliance requirements.
2. Compliance Tracking:
- Follow a robust system for tracking and documenting compliance with contractual obligations on CLM Tool
- Regularly review and assess the status of contractual commitments, identifying areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and obligation owners to understand their roles and responsibilities in meeting contractual commitments.
- Engage with external obligation owners on the supplier side to coordinate and facilitate the fulfillment of obligations.
4. Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and management regarding the status of contractual obligations and compliance efforts.
- Prepare and distribute reports on obligations management, compliance metrics, and risk assessments.
5. Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify potential issues related to obligations and work towards timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement corrective measures.
CLM Transformation
- Work with the team to supplement and support the contract automation initiatives
- Be part of the ongoing Contract Lifecycle Management Tool Implementation and provide support on assigned tasks
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of experience in end to end contracts management, drafting, review, negotiations, advisory, risk management and CLM Tools, Contracts Obligations Management,
- Excellent in Excel, MS PPT, reporting, Visio and project management tools liks MS Projects, others
- Preferably from Logistics Domain or has logistics contracting experience (across all modes air, ocean, warehouse, parcel, surface)
Qualification:
- LL.B (Mandatory).
- Contracts Management Certifications (added advantage).
Salary/Stipend
