Black Suit™ is hiring a Legal Consultant (Litigation & Recovery) with 2–3 years of experience to join their team in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling civil and criminal litigation matters.
• Managing legal recovery and cheque bounce (NI Act) cases.
• Drafting legal notices, replies, and case-related documents.
• Attending client meetings and undertaking field engagement.
• Coordinating with courts, advocates, and police stations.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant litigation and recovery experience.
• Mandatory enrolment with the Bar Council.
• Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
