Details of the Job/Internship

BXI Tech is hiring a Legal Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join its office in Udaipur, Rajasthan, in a hybrid work model. The role involves providing expert legal advice, particularly in corporate law, along with contract drafting, compliance guidance, risk management, and strategic advisory across technology and non-technology sectors.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across multiple sectors.
• Draft, review, and structure contracts, agreements, and legal frameworks.
• Provide compliance guidance to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions.
• Offer strategic legal advice aligned with organizational goals.
• Support dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, and non-litigation methods.
• Focus on advisory and strategic legal support rather than litigation.

Eligibility

• Full-time 3-year law degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal consulting or in-house counsel roles.
• Expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property, tax, IT, real estate, healthcare, and employment law.
• Membership in a recognized bar association.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, compliance systems, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
