They are seeking an Associate Legal Consultant to join their immigration services team. He/She plays a critical role in facilitating communication and coordination between clients and immigration attorneys, ensuring a smooth and efficient immigration process.

Role and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• You will play a pivotal role in assisting US attorneys in the preparation and submission of petitions, ensuring compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations.
• In this position, the Associate Legal Consultant will collaborate closely with immigration attorneys to review case details, provide support in determining appropriate visa categories, and address any legal or procedural questions.
• The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the immigration process, particularly regarding employment-based visas.

Eligibility

• Experience in the Immigration field with Good Communication skills and ability to interact with US Clients, experience in the legal field is required.
• LLB degree.
• Exp:- 3+ Years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
