Details of the Job/Internship

CaseMine is hiring a Legal Consultant with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves managing legal compliance, drafting and reviewing agreements, supporting product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal integrity across operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of CaseMine’s products and services with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.
• Manage ongoing litigation and coordinate with external counsel.
• Liaise with law firms, regulators, and partner institutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance into product and operational workflows.
• Assess international legal implications on company operations.
• Engage with clients to address legal and compliance queries.
• Support product testing and rollout with strategic legal input.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on emerging legal and regulatory trends.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-building and development of CaseMine’s legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed institution.
• 2–4 years of experience in in-house legal, compliance, or technology-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate, contract, and regulatory law.
• Exposure to foreign jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
• Strong communication and client engagement abilities.
• Interest in legal technology and product innovation.

Salary/Stipend
