Details of the Job/Internship

Counselect is hiring for the position of Legal Consultant with 6-8 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex vendor contracts.
• Provide timely legal advice and support across multiple business functions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations relevant to the aviation sector.
• Deliver clear and precise communication in drafting, advisory, and stakeholder interactions.
• Manage and respond effectively to requests for legal support from internal teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable commercially sound legal solutions.

Eligibility

• A Law degree (LL.B. or higher) from a top law university with strong academic credentials.
• 6–8 years of experience in a law firm (transactions, corporate advisory) and in-house roles.
• Proven expertise in negotiating complex commercial contracts with multinational companies.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A proactive, independent working style with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented, flexible, and open approach to collaboration.
