Details of the Job/Internship
DB Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Consultant with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review lease agreements, rental agreements, and property documents.
- Handle real estate legal documentation and due diligence.
- Manage corporate legal matters, notices, and correspondence.
- Advise on contract breaches, commercial disputes, and non-fulfilment issues.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of real estate and property laws.
- Experience in corporate contracts and commercial legal matters.
- Understanding of GST and compliance regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or trading companies preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
