Details of the Job/Internship

Doceree is hiring a Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate with 3–8 years of experience to join their in-house legal team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end negotiation of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SoWs, insertion orders, amendments, and data-related agreements.
• Provide guidance on data privacy obligations under HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR within contracts.
• Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks, templates, and escalation frameworks.
• Handle the full contract lifecycle from intake to execution.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage contracting pipeline and ensure timely execution and reporting.
• Improve legal processes through automation and CLM tool optimisation.
• Contribute to legal operations, including contract tracking and reporting systems.
• Support and mentor junior team members. 

Eligibility

• LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. from a recognised institution.
• 3–8 years of experience in commercial contracting.
• Strong knowledge of MSA, NDA, SoW, DPA, and related agreements.
• Familiarity with US data privacy laws such as HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR.
• Experience with CLM tools such as SpotDraft, Ironclad, or Icertis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior in-house experience in technology, SaaS, health tech, pharma, or adtech companies.

Salary/Stipend
