Details of the Job/Internship

Dynamed Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring a Legal Consultant to join their office in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Legal Consultant will provide professional legal support, focusing on legal document preparation, managing legal issues, offering legal advice, and assisting with compliance. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, advising on regulations affecting the healthcare industry, ensuring adherence to legal standards, and collaborating to address legal challenges related to corporate and healthcare operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide professional legal support and manage legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Offer legal advice on healthcare regulations and compliance matters.
• Ensure adherence to applicable legal standards.
• Assist in addressing legal challenges related to corporate and healthcare operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Proficiency in law, with knowledge of legal regulations applicable to the healthcare industry.
• Experience in legal document preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and submitting contracts.
• Strong understanding of legal issues and the ability to advise on compliance and regulations.
• Capability in providing accurate legal advice and practical solutions.
• Ability to support stakeholders with legal needs and decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in handling healthcare-related legal matters is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
