Enterslice is hiring a Legal Consultant to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research company incorporation laws and corporate governance regulations in various jurisdictions.
• Assist in developing corporate compliance services across different countries.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their queries and providing necessary assistance.
• Support internal teams with documentation, filings, and compliance processes.

Eligibility

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Fresher.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think proactively and provide practical solutions.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.

Salary/Stipend
