Details of the Job/Internship

FAIRGROWTH is hiring an AGM Legal (Non-Litigation) with 12–15 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Manage regulatory compliance for real estate projects and monitor changes in laws.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel for timely case management.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on project-related matters and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation and ensure timely filing and retrieval.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or an equivalent law degree.
• Additional certifications in real estate law are preferred.
• Twelve to fifteen years of experience in legal roles within real estate or infrastructure sectors.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
