Details of the Job/Internship

Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Consultant (Legal) – Non-Litigation to join their project in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title investigations and review title documents.
• Draft and vet development agreements, agreements for sale, and sale deeds.
• Calculate and distribute undivided share (UDS) in phased development projects.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, RERA, and The Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 2022.
• Handle registration processes before various authorities, including the District Registrar.
• Assist management in ensuring legal compliance under multiple regulations.
• Deliver assigned work accurately and within timelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in non-litigation within the real estate sector.
• Strong drafting, documentation, and compliance skills.
• Thorough understanding of local and RERA laws.

Salary/Stipend
