Details of the Job/Internship
FashionTV India is hiring for the position of to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage dispute cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
- Analyze incoming legal notices to identify allegations, claims, and relevant legal issues.
- Prepare well-crafted responses to legal notices, addressing each allegation with precision and clarity.
- Handle all stages of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery processes.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Collaborate with external counsel as needed, managing legal resources to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
- Review and draft correspondence related to disputes.
- Occasional travel may be required for litigation cases.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM degree and admission to the bar.
- Proven experience in managing litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
