FRM Legal Counsels – Adel Alghafri Advocates is hiring a bilingual (Arabic/English) Legal Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their Dubai branch. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support, handling litigation in local courts, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and advising on legal matters related to business operations. The offered salary is approximately 12,000 AED/month.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support across business operations.
Handle litigation in local courts.
Draft legal memorandums, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate contracts and manage related legal matters.
Conduct legal research and assess risks.

Eligibility

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years as a Legal Counsel in the UAE.
Strong expertise in UAE laws and regulations.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting.
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend

12,000 AED/month.
