Gehi & Associates is hiring a Legal Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Workafella Building, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking immigration assistance.
- Conduct initial eligibility assessments and explain legal services clearly.
- Build trust and rapport with clients by answering legal questions empathetically.
- Convert qualified leads into active cases by explaining service packages and processes.
- Coordinate with legal operations and case managers for client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM and case management tools.
- Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies to provide relevant guidance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve strategies.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with immigration law experience mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems and legal case management tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
