Details of the Job/Internship

Gehi & Associates is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience in immigration law to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves handling inbound calls from potential clients seeking immigration assistance, conducting initial eligibility assessments, and clearly communicating the value of legal services.
• Responsibilities include building trust with clients, converting qualified leads into paying clients, coordinating with legal operations and case managers for smooth onboarding, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, staying updated on U.S. immigration policies, and working with marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve conversion strategies.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have a law degree (J.D. or LLB) or equivalent.
• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law or consulting in a client-facing or sales role is required.
• Candidates must have strong communication and consultative sales skills with the ability to simplify legal concepts and build client trust.
• Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms such as I-130, I-485, and I-765 is necessary.
• Experience with CRM systems and legal case management tools is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
