Details of the Job/Internship

Gehi & Associates is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Consultant with 3 to 4 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting forms and affidavits in support, and interactions with the USCIS regularly to keep the cases updated and active.
• To handle Family-based petitions, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Immigration, VAWA, and Asylum cases.
• Communicating advice about all matters of Family-based petitions, Bankruptcy,
• Divorce, Immigration, VAWA, and Asylum matters with internal attorneys
• Explaining available courses of action and possible repercussions of cases to clients.
• Addressing the client’s concerns regarding deportation and termination, and handling caseterminologies.
• Communicating with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns.

Eligibility

Experience: 3-4 yrs.

Salary/Stipend

35K to 40K.
