Details of the Job/Internship

Gehi & Associates is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience in US immigration law to join their remote team, preferably based in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective immigration clients.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and explain legal services.
• Build client rapport and answer immigration-related queries.
• Convert leads into paying clients by explaining service offerings.
• Coordinate with legal teams for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems.
• Stay updated on U.S. immigration laws and policies.
• Share client insights with marketing and sales teams.

Eligibility

• LLB graduate with license to practice.
• 1+ years of experience in immigration law or consulting.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and legal case management tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
