Details of the Job/Internship

Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Consultant to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices and replies.
• Draft plaints, written statements, appeals, applications, and complaints.
• File, defend, and manage court cases before various forums.
• Handle day-to-day litigation activities and case stages.
• Conduct chief examination, cross-examination, and re-examination of witnesses.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities to argue matters.
• Provide legal advice, strategy, and opinions on litigation-related issues.

Eligibility

• Practising lawyer with experience in real estate litigation.
• Strong knowledge of laws governing real estate and litigation.
• Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and professional tenacity.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
