Details of the Job/Internship

InZone is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting consultations with clients, and providing personalized advice and recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated on changes to laws, regulations, and rulings that may affect clients, conduct legal correspondence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and providing ongoing support.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Consultant with a firm or in-house, in the UAE.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to commercial agreements, legal notices, legal advice, memorandums, Wills, and powers of attorney, among others. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Salary/Stipend
