Details of the Job/Internship

InZone is hiring a Legal Consultant with 2 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal documents.
• Conduct client consultations, offering tailored legal advice and recommendations.
• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments in the UAE and assess their impact on clients.
• Manage legal correspondence and maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and providing ongoing legal support.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Consultant with a law firm or in-house, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, legal notices, memorandums, wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients and colleagues.

Salary/Stipend
