Details of the Job/Internship
iValue Group is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 4–5 years to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves handling contract management, corporate and HR documentation, litigation coordination, and end-to-end contract lifecycle management, along with providing general legal support as required by the company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and executing master contracts, including distribution, reseller, services, supplies, and SOWs/SLAs with OEMs, partners, and customers.
- Reviewing tenders and executing related documents.
- Preparing and reviewing consultancy contracts and other HR and administrative documents.
- Coordinating with external counsels and internal stakeholders to manage litigations.
- Drafting replies and notices, maintaining litigation trackers, and supporting case preparation and settlement discussions.
- Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including initiation, drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Maintaining and updating the contract repository and ensuring timely renewals and compliance tracking.
- Assisting the team with legal, litigation-related matters, and other tasks or assignments as required by the company.
Eligibility
Experience of 4–5 years.
