Details of the Job/Internship
Kasturi Housing is hiring a Legal Consultant with 8–10 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet sale agreements, MOUs, LOIs, lease agreements, and project-related contracts.
- Prepare and verify legal notices, affidavits, declarations, and undertakings.
- Manage RERA registration for ongoing and upcoming projects and maintain compliance records.
- Check and verify Bank NOCs for approvals, mortgages, loan closures, and release of rights.
- Assist in society formation documentation and conveyance processes.
- Provide legal support to Sales, CRM, Projects, and Finance departments.
- Support the Legal Head in day-to-day legal operations and ensure legal risk mitigation.
Eligibility
- LLB degree; additional legal qualifications preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in real estate legal work.
- Strong knowledge of RERA and real estate regulations.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
