Details of the Job/Internship

Lawyers On Demand is hiring a Legal Consultant with 5+ years of PQE to join assignments in Abu Dhabi Emirate. The role involves working on high-calibre assignments, typically on secondment within client organisations. Due to increased client demand, LOD seeks legally trained professionals to strengthen its team. Consultants will work on-site in Abu Dhabi, handling high-quality legal work across a range of industries while receiving continuous professional support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertaking legal assignments on secondment within client organisations.
• Providing commercial legal solutions across various industries.
• Managing professional relationships with clients.
• Adapting to diverse organisational environments and handling responsibilities independently.
• Delivering high-quality legal services as part of a global network of lawyers and consultants.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5+ years PQE with experience from top-tier international law firms.
• Prior in-house or secondment experience is an advantage.
• Specialisation in Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate & Construction, or TMT.
• Common or Civil Law qualified.
• Resident in the UAE (GCC, Golden, Spousal, or Freelancer visa holders).
• Available to commence assignments at short notice and for on-site secondments in Abu Dhabi.

Salary/Stipend
