Details of the Job/Internship

MantraCare is hiring a Legal Consultant – India to join their office in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultation on corporate, employment, and civil matters.
• Draft, review, and analyse contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indian legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal opinions.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical legal standards.
• Track legal developments and regulatory changes in India.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law, including LL.B. or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Indian legal system, corporate law, and labour regulations.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India is preferred.
• Experience in legal advisory, consulting, or compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
