Details of the Job/Internship
Marsh is hiring a Legal Consultant with a few years of experience to support Contract Administration activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, client engagement letters, service agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Manage the database of approved and ongoing contracts.
- Identify and track non-standard contract terms and coordinate collection of related contracts.
- Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders on contract-related queries.
- Maintain trackers and reporting data for the Contract Administration team.
- Assist with responses to requests for proposals and vendor questionnaires.
- Manage and update the internal FAQ reference guide.
- Coordinate contract finalisation, execution, and maintenance of the contract repository.
- Support training initiatives for the team.
Eligibility
- A few years of relevant experience in contract administration or legal support.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor with guidance from senior team members.
- Capability to handle contract-related tasks and problem-solving independently.
