Details of the Job/Internship

Mastergenic® is hiring a Legal Consultant to support the organization by providing legal advice, reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and legal assistance to the organization.
• Prepare, draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements.
• Identify and prevent potential legal issues and risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Support the organization in resolving complex legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of corporate legal requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Strong understanding of company law and related compliance.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal agreements.
• Ability to analyze, prevent, and resolve complex legal issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
