Details of the Job/Internship

Noble Restaurant Group Ltd is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office in London.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts across the UK, US, and Middle Eastern markets.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations in each jurisdiction.
• Provide legal support to the operations and business development teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Director to support ongoing company initiatives.
• Assist in managing the company’s legal documentation and liaise with external counsel.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law.
• Proven experience with contracts in the UK, US, and Middle Eastern markets.
• A background in or understanding of the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Salary/Stipend
