Details of the Job/Internship

Nyati Group is hiring a Legal Consultant with 5–10 years of experience in conveyancing to join their legal team in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements, including joint venture and construction contracts.
• Conduct title investigations and property due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with MOFA, RERA, and other applicable laws.
• Review legal proposal files and provide opinions.
• Meet with landowners, panel advocates, and other stakeholders.
• Finalize title reports and provide title opinions.
• Draft legal notices, complaints, and show cause notices.
• Act as an in-house legal advisor.
• Prepare agreements for sale, unit agreements, conveyance deeds, and other legal documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
• 5–10 years of experience in conveyancing practice
• Proficiency in Marathi and English
• Strong knowledge of MOFA, RERA, and related laws.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
