Details of the Job/Internship

Phenom is hiring for a Legal Consultant with 3-4 years of experience, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Offer support and legal advice to clients on corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, and other areas of expertise.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
• Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and proposed courses of action.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop legal strategies that align with business objectives.
• Stay up to date on legal developments and advise clients of new laws and regulations that may impact their business.

Eligibility

• A law degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of legal experience, including experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience in advising commercial transactions and regulatory matters.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
