Details of the Job/Internship

Qanooni is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 7+ years to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• As a Legal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, and assistance, preparing legal documents, and addressing various legal issues within the organization.

Eligibility

• Passion for technology and AI.
• University degree in Law.
• Bilingual (have worked both in English and Arabic)
• UAE law experience (must include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements)
• Ideally 7 years + PQE in private practice.
• Experience in multiple practice areas preferred.
• Excellent level of English.
• Law, legal issues, and legal advice skills.
• Legal document preparation and legal assistance skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary/Stipend
