Its team of legal consultants bridges the gap between law and finance by combining technology with strong customer support.
Details of the Job/Internship
Settle Loan is hiring Legal Consultants fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam to join its team remotely, with an option to work from the Delhi NCR office. The role involves providing legal support, client communication, and assistance in debt resolution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, settlement letters, and documentation for clients.
- Provide clear legal advice related to debt, loans, and settlements.
- Support clients over calls or WhatsApp in South Indian languages.
- Assist in resolving financial disputes and explaining legal procedures.
- Conduct basic legal research and coordinate with the internal legal team.
- Guide clients about services and encourage enrolment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / BCom LLB / CS etc.).
- Freshers or candidates with 1+ years of experience in legal or client servicing roles.
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada).
- Strong verbal communication and empathy in client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of loan-related legal matters.
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp for client communication.
