Details of the Job/Internship
Sharp & Tannan Group is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Vadodara.
Role and Responsibilities
- Stay updated on changes in secretarial laws, labor laws, and environmental regulations at the local, national, and international levels.Assess the impact of legislative changes on the organization and provide timely updates to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate the organization's activities and operations to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
- To examine compliance documents to ensure businesses are in compliance with all relevant Rules & Regulations.
- To recommend the Management on the current company's compliance with Rules and Regulations through elaborated Management Reports.
- To ensure compliance with prevailing regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the legal documentation.
- To draft the recent legal updates frequently.
Eligibility
- Legal Analyst having good communication Skills.
- Well-versed in legal terminology and operations.
- Basic level knowledge of different compliances related to Secretarial Laws, Labour laws,
- Environmental Laws, and other laws relating to different Industries etc.
