Details of the Job/Internship
Sri Sri Tattva is hiring a Legal Consultant in the FMCG industry for their Bengaluru office. This is a full-time on-site role involving legal advisory, documentation, compliance, and risk management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Provide legal assistance to other departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Research and interpret laws relevant to company operations.
- Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Handle matters related to consumer laws, Legal Metrology Act, Food Safety and Standards, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, intellectual property laws, property/rent laws, health and wellness service laws, contract laws, Companies Act, and other commercial, corporate, and compliance laws related to manufacturing, trade, and business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Proficiency in law, legal document preparation, and handling legal issues.
- Expertise in providing legal advice and assistance.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
