Sri Sri Tattva is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience in legal document drafting and compliance to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents.
- Address legal issues and provide legal assistance.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Advise management on legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Expertise in law and legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal assistance.
- Experience with domestic and international transactions, agreements, and other legal documents, including those related to manufacturing, trade operations, collaborations, business, funding, and financial/securities offerings.
- Ability to handle the company's intellectual property matters.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with healthcare and wellness industry regulations is a plus.
