Details of the Job/Internship
The Legal Savvy is hiring a Legal Consultant (Fresher) with 0 years of experience to join their office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, legal notices, and client communications.
- Support negotiations and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients.
- Prepare case summaries and maintain organized legal documentation.
- Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial compliance.
- Interact with clients in Telugu to understand their concerns and provide supervised legal assistance.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in strategy meetings.
Eligibility
- LL.B Graduate (Recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in both Telugu (Mandatory) and English.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Demonstrated interest in financial laws, dispute resolution, and client handling.
- Must have a personal laptop for work.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Madhapur office.
