The Legal Savvy is hiring Legal Consultants with 0 years of experience (fresh graduates) to join their office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
- Assist in drafting settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
- Support negotiation and dispute resolution with financial institutions and clients.
- Prepare case summaries and maintain legal documentation.
- Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements under supervision.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and support business development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in office meetings.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 batch) with BBA LLB or LL.B.
- Basic understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and dispute resolution.
- Good research and drafting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
- Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana able to work from the office.
