Details of the Job/Internship

The Legal Savvy is hiring a full-time Legal Consultant with 1–3 years of experience (freshers may apply) in financial law and dispute resolution. This is a remote position for residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
• Liaise with financial institutions and clients.
• Prepare case summaries and maintain legal documentation.
• Stay updated on legal developments.
• Interact with clients to provide expert legal assistance.
• Contribute to business development.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution forums.

Eligibility

• Law graduates (LL.B. or equivalent) with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Enrolment with State or All India Bar is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial dispute resolution.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) and English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business development skills are a plus.
• Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.

Salary/Stipend
