Details of the Job/Internship

Legal Savvy is hiring a Legal Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in financial law and dispute resolution for a full-time remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI regulations, and consumer protection laws.
• Draft and review legal documents including settlement agreements and notices.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and clients for dispute resolution and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and case summaries.
• Stay informed on changes in financial and debt recovery laws.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide legal assistance.
• Contribute to business development and client onboarding.
• Represent clients in negotiations and resolution forums when required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers may also apply.
• Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council or All India Bar.
• Knowledge of contract law, banking laws, and financial dispute resolution.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
• Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
• Business development experience is a plus.
