Details of the Job/Internship
The US-based law firm is hiring a Legal Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in immigration law to join their Hyderabad office on a full-time, onsite basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients regarding immigration services.
- Conduct eligibility assessments and explain legal services confidently.
- Build rapport and provide accurate answers to legal questions.
- Convert inquiries into active cases by explaining service packages and processes.
- Coordinate with legal operations and case managers for client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and case management tools.
- Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance conversion strategies.
Eligibility
- Law degree (J.D. or LLB) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration law or consulting.
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
- Familiarity with USCIS processes and immigration forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-765).
- Experience using CRM systems and legal case management tools.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Only Hyderabad candidates will be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- U.S. immigration experience is a must.
