A US-based law firm is hiring a Legal Consultant with a minimum of one year of experience to join their office at Workafella building, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking immigration assistance, such as green cards, work visas, and spousal petitions.
• Conduct initial eligibility assessments and communicate the value of legal services.
• Build trust and rapport with clients, answering legal questions with empathy and accuracy.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients by explaining service packages, timelines, and legal support processes.
• Coordinate with legal operations and case managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, notes, and follow-ups using CRM and case management tools.
• Stay updated on U.S. immigration policies to provide relevant guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies.

Eligibility

• Law degree (J.D. or LLB) or equivalent. Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
• One to three years of experience in immigration law or consulting, especially in a client-facing or sales role.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills with the ability to simplify legal concepts and build client trust.
• Familiarity with USCIS processes and common forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.).
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and legal case management tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
