Details of the Job/Internship
WestAvenue Realty is hiring a Legal Consultant with 2–7 years of experience in Real Estate or Infrastructure law to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review JDAs, MoUs, contracts, and deeds.
- Handle RERA compliance and related proceedings.
- Conduct title due diligence and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with counsels, authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Manage litigation, including cases under Section 138 of the NI Act.
- Advise business teams on legal and compliance issues.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
- 2–7 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure law.
- Strong understanding of RERA and property laws.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
