Details of the Job/Internship

XeroDebt is hiring a Legal Consultant to join their office Online.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and guidance related to debt settlement.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiating directly with creditors to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
• Addressing legal disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the settlement process.
• Assisting in the resolution of creditor-client disputes by providing expert legal support.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (fresh law graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of legal procedures, document preparation, and debt settlement processes.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with creditors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
•  Relevant certifications in financial law or debt settlement are a plus.
