Details of the Job/Internship

QLegal Consultants is hiring a Legal Consultant / Lawyer with around 5 years of experience to join its office in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving independent handling of cases before Dubai Courts and the Public Prosecution. The role includes providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues before courts, and managing cases across all court levels, including the Supreme Court, while ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle cases independently before the Public Prosecution and Dubai Courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court.
• Provide legal advice and sound legal opinions on various legal issues.
• Prepare and review legal documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to clients by offering tailored legal assistance.
• Manage matters relating to corporate law, dispute resolution, and debt recovery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced and professional office environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in the UAE with full knowledge of court processes.
• Expertise in UAE legal systems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced legal qualifications are an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
