National Cooperative Consumers' Federation Of India Limited was established on 16 th October, 1965 to function as the apex body of consumer cooperatives in the country. It is registered under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002. It operates through a network of 26 Branch Offices located in different parts of the country.
Details of the Job/Internship
The National Cooperative Consumers' Federation of India Ltd. (NCCF) is inviting applications for Legal Consultants on a contractual basis at their Head Office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regular monitoring and follow-up of NCCF's legal issues, providing legal advice on commercial, crime, criminal, and arbitration cases, attending court hearings, preparing replies, notices, and legal briefs.
- Responsibilities also include drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, providing support in legal matters, analyzing legal issues, recommending courses of action, and regular monitoring of court cases across various branches in the country.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in computer use (Ms-Word, Excel, Power Point), are required.
Eligibility
- Essential: Post Graduation degree in Law. Desirable: Experience in Government / PSU / Autonomous / Statutory bodies is preferred.
- Experience/Age: 5 years of experience in the relevant field. Maximum age is 35 years.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/-
